All Sales are considered FINAL, however, we stand by our product and services. We can Cancel an order ONLY if it has not shipped. We process orders FAST, usually within 12 hours, so if you need us to cancel an order, you need to act quickly. All the items we sell carry a 40 day return policy. If you are wanting to return an item for any reason and receive a refund, you will need prior approval before returning. We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee on all orders that are returned without prior approval to return. To receive approval on any return, please contact us by email at sales@starboundrecords.com. We will contact you and let you know if your request has been authorized or denied. Be sure to include the following when contacting us: Your Name, Date of Sale, Item Name and title. We will reply to your email within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Emails received after 2pm Mountain Time on Friday will usually be replied to on Monday. We are closed on National Holidays and will reply to emails received on those days, usually the next day. We are sorry but we cannot handle customer service issues on the phone. We need your email sent to us. You may call our phone number and leave a message that you have emailed us, and we will reply to your email.

Delivery Confirmation and Insurance Policy

We ship all of our oders by the United States Postal Service, WITHOUT Delivery Confirmation and WITHOUT insurance. If you desire Delivery Confrimation, please add .60 cents to your order when completing payment. Delivery Confirmation from the US Postal Service does not require your signature, it will only state that the order was left at it's destination by the US Postal Service. If you want your order Insured by the US Postal Service, (USA Destinations Only) the fee is $1.50 up to $50.00 sale, and $2.00 fee for over $50 sale. If you pay for insurance, there is no need to pay for Delivery Confirmation. Starbound Records cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged while being shipped if you choose not to have your order insured. We have sent 10's of Thousands of orders uninsured and very few orders get lost or damaged. We have a Positive Feedback Rating of 100% on Amazon, and 99.9% on eBay. You can trust our integrity as an online retailer.
